Thank you for supporting original artwork and independent art prints. Each piece is handled with care and made available with the intention that it arrives safely and meets your expectations.

All sales are final. Because these works are original or made in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or ordering errors.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right. To request a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• Include your order number.

• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

 

Once your request is reviewed, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund.

 

Shipping Issues

 

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once an order has shipped. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any problems with the shipping provider.
